Rebecca Paoletti is currently the chair of the GHC Board of Advisors. A highly respected leader and frequent speaker on interactive media, she brings two decades of Internet and iTV strategy, publishing and production experience and a keen strategic insight to GHC. She advises and mentors the company on overall corporate strategy and in addition, shares her expertise as a senior strategic consultant on major GHC projects.

Currently, Rebecca is Director, Video Strategy at Yahoo! and leads Yahoo's efforts in delivering a high-quality and profitable video experience to their users. Prior to Yahoo!, Rebecca served as Creative Director at Maven Networks and as Vice President of Strategy and Programming at Gotham Broadband where she designed programming models and marketing/advertising methodologies for major international broadband networks. Previously, as editor-in-chief of AOL Time Warner's Road Runner consumer portal, Rebecca led commerce and community strategies while running overall operations of the daily broadband service. Under Rebecca's guidance, Road Runner grew to 47 new local markets and 1.5 million subscribers. She has also served as Managing Editor at Excite@Home and editor-in-chief of Turner Network Television's Webzine, SPIV. Rebecca is also a Mentor at the American Film Institute Digital Content Lab.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing from Princeton University.
